I Pound the Right Gym

If you're looking for a cross fit gym that is workable on your budget, and has the same feeling of being at a class A gyms, has a trainer, yet can give you the same result as being in one of the biggest gyms in the Metro and where working out feels like being with family. I POUND mine at the Pound for Pound gym in U-mall at Taft Avenue near the De La Salle University. They have a lot branches, but I chose this area because it's near the office.

This gym may not have a variety of machines you can use, but this will make you go back to the basics with it's limited weights, and will surely make your body work for faster results, they're quite a minimalist, so we're talking about, serious weigh lifting, push up, sit ups, crunches, burpees, spider lunges and more.

The cost? With just a membership fee of 500 pesos per year plus 1,000 pesos a month with no 'every session fee' meaning, it's a 'work out-all-you-can' for the whole month for just 1,000 pesos, but they also have discounts if you plan to enroll for at least 3 months, instead of paying 3,000 pesos you can get it for 2,500 pesos. There are also a package for 6 months, but the biggest discount of all is if you're planning to enroll for 1 year, instead of paying 12,000 pesos, you can avail it for only 8,500 pesos, so you immediately saved 3,500 pesos.
